I figured I'd ask in the Forum, since I was on hold to Parts for 20 minutes to no avail:
Are parts available for 9088ii ?
Specifically, we'd like to obtain analog I/O cards to replace in a digital box.
Will these remain available for a while, or should we "stock up"? |

Input cards aren't "parts". They're ordered by dealers through their normal sales admins just like ordering a DSP device or a wall remote.

Thanks Dan---I didn't mean anything disparaging in my questions or remarks, but I really was on hold for 20, was feeling an little edgy.
When I did get through, I was referred to "parts" whatever the status of an I/O card might be. We are a dealer, so it was very easy and in fact I now have 2 analog I/O cards coming to us. Having a lot of Green's out there in installations, my concerns are about how long we can support these units and our clients. |
